18R Hotel Block Information

Below is the full listing of available hotels for overnight tournaments for the 18 Regional Team. 

NCV families can secure rooms for tournaments by following instructions listed. 

Families are responsible to pull rooms by stated deadline to ensure availability and rate. 

We cannot guarantee rates or availability after deadlines have passed.

If you anticipate your daughter will travel to one of the above tournaments with a teammate but 

need separate hotel arrangements, you notify us by email us at least 1 week prior to the expiration date 

of the group block so rooms can be reserved as needed for players to share and split the cost.
