We are excited to announce that we have secured a practice facility and are able to begin our 2020-2021 club season!
While we are excited to get back on the court, this club season will look a bit different in terms how tryouts and practices are run, tournament participation and even the number of teams we can accommodate. We have posted information regarding our return to play guidelines, updated cost/fee structure and tryout details for all to review. And slides from our informational meeting are available on our documents page https://www.nickelcityvb.com/documents" target="_blank">HERE.
We look forward to returning to the court and seeing everyone again soon!
Please note the tryouts currently posted are for players interested in joining one of our competition/travel teams only.
For those interested in the Practice Squad - we are still planning the practice team season and will share a separate announcement and sign-up information when details are available.

We hope everyone is happy, healthy and safe! While we all don't have our normal fall school volleyball season to enjoy at this time, we hope everyone is finding ways to stay active.
The staff and coaches of Nickel City Volleyball have been working hard to find ways to make our 2020-2021 club season a reality given the current state of affairs. With Buffalo Public Schools currently restricted to virtual learning and their return to in-person schooling uncertain, we are not able to confirm use of our normal practice sites. We have been searching out alternative locations and have some prospects that we are optimistic that we will be able to use and hope to have more information/confirmation in the coming weeks.
Our returning players and families will be alerted to any updates by email as soon as details become available. For any new families interested in being alerted to updates for the 2020-2021 season, please subscribe to be added to our mailing list or check the website periodically for new information.
We are very hopeful that Nickel City Volleyball is able to hold a full training and travel season and anxiously await the day we are able to get back on the court!

The Nickel City administrative staff has been closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and realize that this unprecedented event is going to keep us from resuming normalcy for quite some time.
With guidelines continually evolving and uncertainty of when activities will resume, Nickel City has decided to cancel the remainder of the 2020 volleyball club season for all teams.
We will be working to issue refunds for all tournaments remaining on our schedule. We hope everyone continues to remain healthy and safe and look forward to when we can come together once again!
