Below is the listing of available hotels for overnight tournaments. Nickel City families can secure rooms for tournaments by following instructions listed. Families are responsible to pull rooms by stated deadline to ensure availability and rate. We cannot guarantee rates or availability after booking deadlines have passed.

Hotels block information for all tournaments with an overnight stay are listed below. Additional details will be added as they become available. 

​

Any player that will travel to a tournament with a teammate but need separate rooming arrangements, please notify us by email so the player can have a spot in a "player room". NCV staff will secure the room on behalf of the players but players will be responsible to split the room cost. You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the room block closing to ensure a spot in a player room.

    • 2 queen beds w/sofa bed | $152.00 + tax

    • 1 king bed w/sofa bed | $142.00 + tax

  • Amenities

    • ​Complimentary breakfast buffet​

    • Valet parking $36/day (with in and out privileges) OR self-park ramps $6-8/day

    • Approx 6-8 blocks to venue (10-minute walk)​​​​

RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be made online. There is a non-refundable booking fee charged by the booking site:

  • The reservation summary will show available rooms by type

  • Select an available room type and fill in the mandatory fields​

    • An adult, 21+, must be listed on the reservation for check-in​

  • A valid credit card is required to hold the reservation for check-in at the hotel 

  • Pay the non-refundable booking fee to complete the reservation

  • Any cancellations must be made in accordance with the booking site and/or individual hotel policy as noted on the booking site (and included in your confirmation email).
